Liability Disclaimer
- PMJ is not liable for cancellations/delays caused by:
- Natural disasters (earthquakes, floods)
- Political unrest, strikes, or terrorism
- Pandemics or government travel bans
Travel Documentation
- Clients must ensure they have:
- Valid passports (6+ months before expiry)
- Required visas/vaccinations for Peru
- PMJ is not responsible for denied entry due to incomplete paperwork

Itinerary Changes
- Routes, accommodations, or activities may change due to:
- Weather conditions
- Safety concerns
- Operational issues
- Clients will receive alternatives of equal value.
By joining our tours, you:
- Assume all risks
- Must obtain travel insurance
- Accept these terms for yourself and legal representatives
- Waive rights to litigation related to tour risks
- Will follow all guide instructions
Health Requirements
You confirm:
- Physical fitness for the tour
- No medical conditions affecting participation
- Consent to emergency medical treatment
- Responsibility for related medical costs
Media Policy
- You need PMJ’s written consent to use tour recordings commercially
- PMJ may use tour media for promotional purposes
Payment Terms
- Pay in USD via credit card (conversion fees are your responsibility)
- Deposit: 50% non-refundable (due 45+ days before tour)
- Balance: Full payment 30+ days before departure
- PMJ may cancel tours for unpaid balances
Cancelation terms
- No refunds for deposits or payments
- No exceptions for sickness, emergencies, or force majeure
- If PMJ cancels:
- Before departure: 1-year travel credit
- Mid-tour: No refunds/credits
Pricing Adjustments
- PMJ reserves the right to modify prices due to:
- New government taxes/fees
- Fuel surcharges
- Exchange rate fluctuations (>5% change)
Environmental & Cultural Responsibility
- Clients agree to:
- Follow Leave No Trace principles
- Respect local customs (e.g., sacred sites)
- Avoid single-use plastics (PMJ provides water refill stations)
